Loving Memory of Mom

My mother was the epitome of simplicity. She lived a life without modern distractions, never even owning a phone because she simply wasn’t interested. Her world revolved around her husband and her three children – we were everything to her, and she needed nothing more. She lived contentedly, without a wishlist or desires for material things.

What she did have, and what she passed on to me, were the values of resilience and patience. Growing up as the only girl with two brothers, I know she recognized that I would need both, and she made sure they were deeply instilled in me. Above all, she gave me my Christian faith, which has carried me through life.

My mom was the most beautiful person I’ve ever known – both inside and out. Her beauty wasn’t just in her appearance, but in her spirit, her kindness, and her unwavering love. Though she’s no longer with us, she will always live in my heart, and I will carry her legacy with me forever.
